My name is Juan Anguiano. I am a senior journalism student at Columbia College Chicago. I am addicted to the news. I live and breathe news in english and spanish. In a city like Chicago there is always something going on. I not only focus in on Chicago, but the world outside of Chicago. I am one of those people, those people that tell stories and tell them well, some may call them journalist.

6th grade newscast…

So I can not think of the worst group that I have worked with, but I do have one the I remember the most. So in 6th grade I was given an assignment to make a newscast with a group of classmates. Back then to us this was a huge assignment. One we all got nervous for and now those of us who did that project wish we did those kinds of things instead of 20 page papers on diabetes. We worked really hard to the newscast with remote broadcast, commercials and everything else a newscast has. It was the day to present and we were all ready to get that A, only one problem with that goal. We had one script and 5 team members, we split apart the script and when it was time to present, it all went under. I was totally lost and confused. The project that we worked so hard on and practiced for, in a few minutes cam crashing down. I will never forget this, but looking back at it, it was one of the funniest moments of my life. I enjoyed the pizza party we had after we finished and enjoyed the B we got for a project that went terribly wrong. Thank you Mr. Rosen…
